We have worked with hundreds of families over the last 4 years providing extensive support travelling the length and breadth of the UK and into Ireland. We also provide home visits across the country. Every practitioner is insured, accredited and has a multitude of experience in their chosen area(s) of expertise. Working with semi-professional to elite level athletes across multiple sports, to the youth and elderly populations. This includes and is not limited to various neurological conditions, road traffic accidents and spinal cord injuries.
Rhiannon Owens is the director of SDR Rehabilitation UK Ltd and holds a post-graduate degree in her chosen discipline of Strength and Conditioning and is a member of the UKSCA. Rhiannon has worked with children for the past five years where she has helped with the development of physical literacy programmes at ‘The Celtic Academy – Strength and Conditioning facility’ in youth sports, supporting academy Rugby players and National level athletes in track and field. During this time Rhiannon has developed her skills as a paediatric strength and conditioning specialist which culminated her desire to continue working within youth populations in both the sporting context and end-stage rehabilitation. This led Rhiannon to develop SDR Rehab UK over 4 years ago, to the now thriving centre it is today. SDR Rehab UK is fortunate to work with a multitude of practitioners and consultants in their specialist fields, which has allowed SDR Rehab UK to define itself as a unique service provider, which prides itself in its Multi-Disciplinary Team approach.
